Our bodies are inflamed for countless reasons on a daily basis. Diet, sun exposure, weight lifting, hiking, etc. can inflame joints, the gut, veins and even the brain. Keeping inflammation in check and minimized is key to staying healthy, active and reducing the aging process.

Directions:

Shake to make sure herbs are evenly mixed.
Scoop (for starters) 1 tbsp of tea into a loose leaf tea brewing method of your choice .
Pour 8oz of water at 195deg F and steep for 6-8 mins depending on your patience and desired strength.
Strain and pour. Add natural sweetener as desired (we use stevia).
If 195 is too hot for you to drink, add some cool water after tea is done brewing. Use common sense when consuming hot drinks.
ENJOY!

Golden Milk Tea Preparation:

my favorite way to drink inflammation tea is with some almond milk and a few drops of stevia. to make golden milk tea, brew the inflammation tea as described above, but with half the water you normally use for a tablespoon of herbs. pour the inflammation tea into your favorite coffee cup and top off with your favorite almond milk. if you're using unsweetened almond milk like me, add 6-10 drops of sweet leaf stevia to mellow out the spices and give your golden milk tea a little sweetness.

some people insist on using cows milk for their golden milk tea. this can be counter productive since cows milk is known to cause gut inflammation in most of the population. of course, prepare as you wish, but we recommend organic almond milk for best results.
