I ordered a sample of the anxiety tincture and was surprised to get a holy basil tincture too! Thank you! I’m slow into trying new things. It says to take 2 droppers in a cup of water but I started at 1 dropper. Seems to help me feel calmer so far. I’ll try 2 droppers and I get used to it. I feel like it does help but not sure how it’ll help in a panic attack. Maybe this helps me not get to that point. Regardless, so far I feel like it has a positive effect. I plan to purchase the bigger size soon! Thank you!
