Common Uses:

Combine with carrier oil and apply to skin or hair for radiance and clarity. Add rosemary and jasmine for added benefit.

Soothe joint pain by blending 5 drops each of: juniper, rosemary, eucalyptus and lavender in 2 ounces of carrier oil. Massage directly onto skin.

A morning wake up, or nightly relaxation (depends on state of mind) add 5 drops juniper and 3 drops grapefruit to warm bath. Be aware of sensitivities, lower amount of essential oil if you're sensitive to citrus oils.

For massage oil: Combine 8 drops juniper, 5 drops grapefruit, 5 drops cypress oil in 2 ounces carrier oil. Add 2 drops of geranium, lavender, and/or rosemary if desired.
Blends well with: Grapefruit, rosemary, jasmine, geranium, lavender, cypress, and eucalyptus.
caution: Do not use in first two trimesters of pregnancy or if you have kidney problems.
